PENGARUH SERVICE CONVENIENCE, HARGA DAN FASILITAS TERHADAP KEPUASAN PASIEN (STUDI KASUS PADA PASIEN RUMAH SAKIT SANTO ANTONIUS PONTIANAK)

Abstract

The title of this research is "Effects of Service Convenience, Price, and Facilities Patient Satisfaction St. Antonius Pontianak". This study aims to analyze the influence of Convenience Service (X1), Price (X2) and Facilities (X3) on Patient Satisfaction Hospital St. Antonius Pontianak (Y). This research was conducted with associative methods of causal forms. In this study, conducted distributing questionnaires to 100 patients of St. Antonius Hospital Pontianak, using purposive sampling technique. After that, an analysis of data obtained using quantitative data analysis. Quantitative analysis includes: Test Validity and Reliability, Testing Assumptions Classic, Multiple Regression Analysis, hypothesis testing via T-test and F-test, and analysis of coefficient of determination (R²). From the results of this study indicate that service convenience, price and facilities individually and jointly, significantly influence patient satisfaction Pontianak St. Antonius Hospital. From the partial test results, it can be seen that the service convenience most dominant influence on patient satisfaction Pontianak St. Antonius Hospital.
