PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS PENDAPATAN DAERAH KOTA PONTIANAK
Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on the performance and motivation of employees at the Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Pontianak. This type of research is descriptive research and causal. Data collection techniques researchers used primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability as well as aberration test The classical assumptions and processed using SPSS version 19. Hypothesis testing is done by distributing questionnaires to 55 employees of the Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Pontianak.
The results showed that the culture of the organization and motivation jointly have a significant influence on the performance of employees at the Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Pontianak with significance F value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. While partially organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Pontianak with a significance value of 0.012 t is smaller than 0.05 and the partial motivation insignificant effect on the performance of Employee of City of Pontianak with a significance value of 0.214 t greater of 0.05.
