PENGARUH PENGEMBANGAN KARIR TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DINAS PENDAPATAN DAERAH PROVINSI KALIMANTAN BARAT
Abstract
This research aims to know the career development and employee performance,to test and analyze the influence of the career development office employee performance against Revenue The province of West Kalimantan.
This research was conducted at the department of revenue of the province of West Kalimantan, with the number of respondents in this study amounted to 67 people,the form of research using descriptive, the kind of research the technique of collecting data by using a questionnaire, interview and study of librarianship.
A result descriptive analysis of indicators of training in career development variables shows the highest score is 295 and quantity indicators of results on the variable performance show the highest score is 315, overall average for career development variables based on descriptive analysis analysis the result has done and result is good and overall average for performances variable based on descriptive analysis the result has done and result is very well. Partial test result using SPSS indicated that career development variables on performance is a 2,272, and than partial test result indicate that occur positive influence and significant between career development influence on the performance.
