Abstract


ABSTRAK

Peran pemimpin dan perilaku inovatif menjadi sangat penting bagi peningkatan kinerja pegawai Puskesmas di Kota Pontianak yang juga berkorelasi dengan peningkatan mutu akreditasi Puskesmas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan Ambidextrous terhadap Kinerja Pegawai puskesmas di kota Pontianak dengan perilaku inovasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Jenis penelitian deskriptif dan kausal dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai puskesmas di kota Pontianak yang berjumlah 81 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kemepimpinan ambidextrous tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kemepimpinan ambidextrous berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perilaku inovasi. Perilaku inovasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Perilaku inovasi memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan ambidextrous terhadap kinerja pegawai.

RINGKASAN SKRIPSI Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Ambidextrous Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Perilaku Inovasi Sebagai Variabel Mediasi

1. Latar Belakang dan Tujuan Penelitian Saat ini tuntutan akan peningkatan kualitas dan akses pelayanan publik khususnya kesehatan semakin meningkat. Hal ini karena pelayanan kesehatan berkaitan erat dengan kesejahteraan hidup masyarakat dan sangat dibutuhkan saat pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia saat ini. Puskesmas merupakan unit pelaksana teknis yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan di wilayah yang paling dekat dengan penduduk, sehingga puskesmas dapat diibaratkan sebagai ujung tombak pencapaian kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang baik dan berkualitas. Pada puskesmas di kota Pontianak dari total 23 puskesmas hanya 11 puskesmas yang terakreditasi dan 12 lainnya belum terakreditasi, sehingga untuk mencapai atau mempertahankan akreditasi peran pegawai menjadi sangat penting. Kinerja pegawai puskesmas di kota Pontianak dapat menjadi refleksi dari tercapai atau tidaknya tujuan puskesmas yang telah ditetapkan. Dalam mencapai kinerja pegawai puskesmas yang optimal, peran pimpinan Puskesmas di kota Pontianak juga sangat dibutuhkan. Pimpinan Puskesmas harus dapat mengadopsi gaya kepemimpinan yang sesuai dengan situasi yang dibutuhkan. Terciptanya perilaku inovasi pegawai sangat diperlukan untuk merealisasikan tujuan puskesmas dalam mencapai atau mempertahankan akreditasi. Karena ketika pegawai puskesmas berperilaku inovatif, mereka lebih cakap menangani situasi dan kendala yang terjadi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan ambidextrous terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan dimediasi oleh perilaku inovasi.
