PENGARUH KOMPETENSI KARYAWAN, PENEMPATAN KERJA, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PERUSAHAAN DAERAH AIR MINUM (PDAM) TIRTA GALAHERANG KABUPATEN MEMPAWAH

Employee performance is a problem that is always faced by an organization, both government and private, such as the problems found in PDAM Tirta Galaherang, Mempawah Regency, namely employee performance has decreased from the previous year, this is because the competence of employees has not been maximized, the majority of PDAM Tirta Galaherang employees are many who occupy positions that are not in accordance with their educational background, and the conditions of the work environment are not good. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of employee competence, work placement and work environment to employee performance PDAM Tirta Galaherang Mempawah Regency. The research method used is causal associative research method using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PDAM Tirta Galaherang, Mempawah Regency, amounting to 50 people so that the sampling technique in this study was non-probability sampling with saturated sampling technique. Data processing using SPSS version 25 software. Data analysis techniques using research instrument tests, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing and testing the coefficient of determination. The results showed that employee competence, work placement and work environment positive and significant effect on the employees performance of PDAM Tirta Galaherang Mempawah Regency.
