PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA STUDI KASUS PEGAWAI HONORER KABUPATEN BENGKAYANG
Abstract
This research aims to find out the influence of transformational leadership and organizational commitment to turnover intentions in government agencies, especially on honorees of the Bengkayang district regent's office. This study is quantitative research and uses questionnaires as a research data collection tool, and is analyzed using SPSS 21.0. The population in this study amounted to 166 people with a sample of 118 people. The results showed transformational leadership have a negative influence but insignificant effect on turnover intention meanwhile organizational commitment didn't have negative effect and significant to the turnover intention.
