Abstract


ABSTRACT

OCB is the behavior of employees or members of an organization that is voluntary outside the job description. Organizational climate is very influential on the psychological conditions and comfort of employees at work. Transformational leadership styles can mobilize employees to work better than before. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Climate towards Job Satisfaction and Its Impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at Education and Culture Office of Landak Regency. Samples taken from 49 respondents. Sampling technique used by this research is saturation sampling. The analysis technique used in this research is Path Anaylsis with the SPSS application.
