PENGARUH SERVANT LEADERSHIP DAN KEPRIBADIAN TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOUR GURU SMA DI KECAMATAN SELAKAU
Abstract
ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh antara servant leadership dan kepribadian terhadap organization citizenship behavior guru di kecamatan selakau. Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan desain kausal, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan menganalisis hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel servant leadership, kepribadian, dan variabel organization citizenship behavior. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMA yang ada di kecamatan selakau yang berjumlah 45 orang. Data hasil kuesioner dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multiklinieritas dan uji heterokedasitas. Hasil membuktikan bahwa secara parsial antara variabel servant leadership (X1) dan variabel kepribadian (X2) terhadap organization citizenship behavior (Y) adalah sebagai berikut : secara parsial thitung variabel servant leadership sebesar 0,2922 dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,772 yang nilainya dibawah 0,05 Maka dapat disimpulkan variabel servant leadership (X1) tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel organization citizenship behavior (Y). secara parsial nilai thitung variabel kepribadian (X2) sebesar 29,179 dengan probabilitas 0,000 yang nilainya dibawah 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kepribadian (X2) berpengaruh terhadap variabel organization citizenship behavior (Y).
