ANALISIS PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PD ANUGERAH FAJAR DI PONTIANAK

Abstract


The purpose of this research is to investigated and analyzed the extent to the level of job satisfaction affect to the work performance of employees at PD. Anugerah Fajar Pontianak. In this research, the data collection techniques was used in the form of the questionnaire that measure the perceptions of respondents using a Likert scale. The results was analyzed to determine the feasible (valid) or not to the question, reliability testing was to determine the extent to which a measure can be reliable or unreliable, normality test was to determine whether residual values ??(differences) studied had the normal distribution or not normal distribution, linearity test was to determine the form of the relations between the variables being studied. And the final regression analysis was used to build the equation and use the equation to estimate whether and how the possibility of future events can be estimated.


The results achieved from this study is the job satisfaction of employees strongly supports the achievement of good performance. The conclusion is based on the results of the analysis, the job satisfaction of employees who have held a positive effect on performance given to job satisfaction of employees and need to be maintained also enhanced so that the result performances give the good effect for
