INFLUENCE OF ECONOMIC VALUE ADDED (EVA) AND NET CASH FLOW TO STOCK RETURN ON CASE STUDY OF LQ-45 COMPANIES IN INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE
Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of economic value added (EVA) and net cash flow (NCF) to stock return both partially and simultaneously. This research is a quantitative serves to test the hypothesis proposed in the research and answer the problems in research.
The population in this research are all the companies belonging in the LQ 45 listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) of the year 2012-2014. The sampling method in this research using purposive sampling method that produces 31 samples and 93 observations. Research using secondary data and multiple regression analysis.
Based on the results of research show that the variable economic value added (EVA) and net cash flow (NCF) both partially or simultaneously does not have significant influence on stock returns.
