Circular Transformation of Business Innovation in Enhancing the Competitiveness of MSMEs in the Era of Globalization
Abstract
This research was carried out in November 2024 through a search in the Scopus.com database with the specific topic of "business innovation", resulting in a maximum of 1237 articles as samples of publications between 2018 and 2024. The retrieval of Metadata was performed using the Scopus.com application, and the data were analyzed descriptively. To accurately depict the research landscape, data were exported to Excel CSV format and further analyzed using VOSViewer (VV) version 1.6.20. The most productive authors were found to be Link with 22 documents, Narayanan with 8 documents, and De Mosis with 6 documents. The most productive universities in the topic of business innovation are The University of North Carolina at Greensboro with 22 documents, Universidade de Beira Interior with 13 documents, and The University of Auckland with 12 documents. The most productive countries in conducting research on the topic of business innovation are the United States with 211 documents, China with 164 documents, the United Kingdom with 107 documents, Indonesia with 73 documents, and India with 68 documents. Articles based on their type include 703 documents classified as articles, 263 documents classified as conference papers, and 152 documents classified as book chapters. Articles by field: the field of business, management, and accounting occupies the top position with 543 documents, the field of computer science with 341 documents, and social sciences with 317 documents. Articles based on sponsorship include the National Institutes of Health funding 27 articles, the National Natural Science Foundation of China funding 27 articles, and the European Commission funding 25 articles.
