Implementasi Metode Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) Dalam Perancangan Cetak Biru Sistem Informasi Universitas Tanjungpura
Abstract
Sistem informasi merupakan elemen penting dalam pengelolaan institusi pendidikan, dan cetak biru yang baik sangat mempengaruhi keberhasilan perencanaan dan implementasi sistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan cetak biru sistem informasi untuk Universitas Tanjungpura (Untan) dengan menggunakan metode Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) dan framework Zachman. Saat ini, Untan belum memiliki cetak biru sistem informasi yang memadai, yang mengakibatkan perencanaan dan integrasi sistem yang kurang optimal. EAP diterapkan untuk mendefinisikan arsitektur data, aplikasi, dan teknologi, sedangkan analisis SWOT digunakan untuk menilai kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman dalam proses bisnis Untan sesuai dengan standar borang akreditasi dan model Value Chain. Hasil penelitian ini mencakup cetak biru sistem informasi yang terintegrasi, rekomendasi perbaikan, dan tahapan pengembangan cetak biru ke depan. Penelitian ini memberikan dasar strategis yang jelas untuk perencanaan dan pembaharuan sistem informasi di Untan.
