Focus and Scope

The purpose of this journal publication is to disseminate the conceptual thoughts and ideas or research results that have been achieved in the area of information, library, and archive.

Jurnal Informasi, Perpustakaan, dan Kearsipan (JIPKA), with registered number 20220317372141049 is a multidisciplinary journal in the national level that covered many main problems in the science of library and information discussion.  Specifically, JIPKA focuses on the main problems in the development of the science of library, information, and archive areas as follows

  4. Knowledge management

Peer Review Process

Submitted papers are evaluated by anonymous referees by double-blind peer review for contribution, originality, relevance, and presentation. The Editor shall inform you of the results of the review as soon as possible, hopefully in 3 (three) weeks. The research article submitted to this online journal will be peer-reviewed at least 2 (two) reviewers. The accepted research articles will be available online following the journal peer-reviewing process.

 

Publication Frequency

Journal publication is twice a year, in December (Issue 1 on July – December) and June (Issue 2 on January – June)

 

Open Access Policy

This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAIdefinition of open access.

 

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
