Peer Review Process

Articles should be submitted electronically via the online submission web site. Please note that the Journal only accepts submissions via Tanjungpura Law Journal website and cannot consider articles received by any other means. Decisions to publish a submission are based on reviews by an editorial team board and a peer reviewer who are experts and familiar with the relevant field of research. After review process, the Managing Editor will inform the author of the acceptance, rejection or necessity of revision of the article.

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

 

Publication Ethics

Tanjungpura Law Journal is a peer-reviewed journal as committed to keep and uphold the highest standards of publication ethics. All articles not in accordance with these standards will be removed from the publication at any time even after the publication. This statement explains the ethical behavior of all parties involved in the act of publishing an article in this journal, including the author, the editor in chief, the editorial board, the peer-reviewers and the publisher (Faculty of Law Tanjungpura University). This statement is based on COPE’s Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors. Faculty of Law Tanjungpura University as the pub­lisher of TLJ takes its duties of guardianship over all stages of publishing seriously and we recognize our ethical behavior and other responsibilities. We are committed to ensuring that advertising, reprint or other commercial revenue has no impact or influence on edito­rial decisions. In addition, the Faculty of Law Tanjungpura University and Editorial Board will assist in communications with other jour­nals and/or publishers where this is useful and necessary.
