BENTUK SOSIALISASI PARTISIPASIF GURU SOSIOLOGI DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEDISIPLINAN SISWA SMA NEGERI
Abstract
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuai bagaimana penerapan sosialisasi partisipasif, bentuk sosialisasi partisipasif yang diterapkan guru sosiologi serta bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap kedisiplinan siswa jurusan IPS Di SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif.Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 orang yang terdiri dari 6 orang guru dan 4 orang siswa.Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa bentuk sosialiasi partisipasif yang diterapkan sudah berjalan baik dan bentuk sosialisasi partisipasif yang diterapkan guru sosiologi berbentuk motivasi berupa pujian.Hal ini berdampak baik terhadap perkembangan kedisiplinan siswa.
Kata kunci: Sosialisasi partisipasif, motivasi.
Abstract: This research aimed to find out how is the application of participatory socialization, the form of socialization participatory which is applied by sociology teacher and how the effect towards the students discipline majoring in social studies in SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak. This research used qualitative research with descriptive method. In this research the informants were 10 people consisting of 6 teacher and 4 students. The result showed that the form of participatory socialization which is applied has been running well and the form of participatory socialization that is applied by the sociology teacher was motivation in form of compliment. It has a positive impact towards the development of student discipline.
