PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR DENGAN MEDIA PUZZLE PADA PEMBELAJARAN IPS DI SD
Abstract
Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kemampuan guru merancang dan melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan media puzzle untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar pada pembelajaran IPS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas. Teknik pengumpul data adalah teknik observasi langsung dan teknik pengukuran. Alat pengumpul data berupa lembar observasi guru, lembar observasi aktivitas belajar peserta didik, dan tes. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus penelitian. Hasil penelitian terhadap kemampuan guru merancang RPP siklus I rata-ratanya 3,18 meningkat menjadi 3,37 pada siklus II. Hasil kemampuan guru melaksanakan pembelajaran siklus I rata-ratanya 2,66 meningkat menjadi 3,27 pada siklus II. Aktivitas belajar peserta didik siklus I sebesar 75,79% meningkat menjadi 88,49% pada siklus II. Sedangkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada siklus I rata-ratanya 91,07 dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 95,71. Dengan demikian pembelajaran IPS dengan media puzzle berhasil meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik di kelas 1 SDN 34 Pontianak Selatan.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the ability of teachers to design and implement learning with media activities and puzzles to improve learning outcomes in social studies learning. This study used a descriptive method to form action research. Data collection technique is the technique of direct observation and measurement techniques. Data collection tool in the form of teacher observation sheet, observation sheet learners' learning activities, and tests. This research study was conducted in two cycles. The results of studies on the ability of teachers to design lesson plans first cycle averaged 3.18 increased to 3.37 in the second cycle. The results of the teacher's ability to implement the learning cycle I averaged 2.66 increased to 3.27 in the second cycle. Learners' learning activities first cycle of 75.79% increased to 88.49% in the second cycle. While the learning outcomes of students in the first cycle average is 91.07 and increased in the second cycle becomes 95.71. Thus, learning with media puzzle IPS successfully increase the activity and learning outcomes of students in grades 1 SDN 34 South Pontianak.
