MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA DENGAN METODE DISCOVERY LEARNING PADA ANAK KELAS VI SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI 02 SEJARUK PARAM

Abstract

ABSTRAK :Tujuan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran matematika tentang materi membuat denah letak benda dengan menggunakan metode discovery learning di kelas VI Sekolah Dasar Negeri 02 Sejaruk Param yang berjumlah 15 orang. Metode penelitian deskriptif, bentuk penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, sifat penelitian adalah kolaboratif, subjek penelitian guru sebagai peneliti, siswa yang berjumlah 15 orang. Data skor yang dikumpulkan data skor kemampuan guru dalam merencanakan pembelajaran,dataskor kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran, datanilai hasil belajar siswa. Alat pengumpul data pada penelitian ini adalah teknik observasi langsung, lembar observasi dan alat pengumpul data pada observasi langsung adalah tes tertulis. Hasil penelitian skor kemampuan guru merencakan pembelajaran pada siklus I adalah 2,94, sedangkan pada siklus II adalah 3,83. Skor kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran pada siklus I adalah 2,78 sedangkan pada siklus II adalah 3,3. Nilai hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I adalah 62,0 sedangkan nilai hasil belajar siswa pada siklus II adalah 82,7.
