PENGARUH METODE DRILL MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA BOLA GANTUNG TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SMASH BOLA VOLI

This research was aimed to known the effect of drill methods using hanging ball media toward learning outcomes on volley ball smash at student of SMA Negeri 2 Teluk Keramat. Pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design used in this research. Sample of this research was students from XI MIPA 1 class (n = 36) who choosen by purposive sampling technique. T-test was used in this research. The normality test and homogeneity test were carried out before the t-test. Based on the results of data analysis found the findings, as follows: (1) the pretest and posttest mean results before and after being given the treatment each was 14,78 and 19; (2) there was an increase of volley ball smash learning outcomes equal to 28,35% after being given the treatment; and (3) there was a significant effect (Tcount > Ttable : 4,99 > 2,03) toward learning outcomes after being given the treatment. Based on these results, it is expected that drill methods using hanging ball media can be used as an altenative to improve student learning outcomes on volleyball smash
