EFEKTIVITAS METODE PEMBELAJARAN MIND MAPPING TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN EKONOMI SMA
Abstract
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan metode pembelajaran mind mapping terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan bentuk penelitian quasy experiment dengan rancangan penelitian adalah nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 72 siswa. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan metode pembelajaran mind mapping dan yang diajarkan tanpa metode pembelajaran mind mapping pada mata pelajaran ekonomi SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak dengan uji hipotesis yaitu uji-t diperoleh nilai t 3,018 dengan signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak. Sedangkan kriteria effect size diperoleh 0,65 yang tergolong sedang. Dengan demikian penerapan metode pembelajaran mind mapping memberikan pengaruh yang sedang terhadap hasil belajar siswa dibandingkan tanpa metode pembelajaran mind mapping di SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak.

Abstract: This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of learning methods mind mapping on student learning outcomes on economic subjects SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak. The research method that used is experimental research form Quasy experiment with the study design was nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study was 72 students. The results of data analysis showed that there were differences in learning outcomes of students who are taught using learning methods taught mind mapping and mind mapping without learning methods on economic subjects with SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak hypothesis test is obtained by t-test with a significance value of 3.018 t 0.004 < 0,05 then H0 is rejected. While the criterion effect size of 0.65 is classified as being obtained. Thus the application of learning mind mapping method gives effect on learning outcomes of students were compared with no method of learning mind mapping in SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak.
