EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN INTERNET SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN SOSIOLOGI TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA SMA
Abstract
Abstract This research is motivated by the condition of the learning process that has not been optimal so that it affects student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of the internet on the learning outcomes of sociology subjects in class XI IIS, 3th Singkawang Public Senior High School. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach, ex post facto. The sample in this study was the XI IIS students in the semester of 2017/2018 academic year, which amounted to 60 people as participants who filled out questionnaires prepared by the researchers. Before collecting the questionnaire’s answer data and student learning outcomes, researchers conducted a survey in class XI IIS when sociology teaching and learning activities took place by using the internet as a instructional media. The results of the analysis shows that: 1) The Internet was used in class XI in Sociology’s learning is 72%, 2) Internet’s media makes the learning outcomes of class XI students increase with an average of 73-75, 3) the results of regression tests indicate that the influence of internet use on learning outcomes sociology of 3.9%, the remaining 96% is influenced by other factors not examined in depth by researchers.

PENDAHULUAN Keberhasilan suatu bangsa dalam pembangunan negara tidak terlepas dari kemajuan pendidikan yang dicapai oleh bangsa itu sendiri.
