PENGARUH STRATEGI THINK TALK WRITE DISERTAI MEDIA FLIPBOOK TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PADA MATERI PROTISTA

This study aims at exploring the effect of Thinking Talk write teaching strategy with flipbook as the media toward students’ learning outcome on Protista learning Material on tenth grade of State Senior High School 1 Hulu Gurung Putussibau. This research was a Quasi Experimental Design with a non equivalent control group. The research samples consisted of two classes i.e. class XA as the experimental class and class XE as the control class The sampling technique was done through the intact group. The mean score of students’ test result after being taught by using Thinking Talk write teaching strategy with flipbook as the media was 17,9, which was higher compared to the mean score of control group(13,82). From the U Mann Whitney test, it is found that Zcount < -Ztable (-74 < -1,96). The effect size value obtained was 3,95 which was in the high category and contributed to 50%, so it can be concluded that the effect of Think Talk write teaching technique with flipbook as the media had a positive effect on the student learning outcomes in the material of protista in class X of SMA Negeri 1 Hulu Gurung.
