PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DIVISI KEPANDUAN PADA PT. PELINDO PONTIANAK

Abstract


Abstrak:. Masalah umum adalah Bagaimanakah Pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Divisi Kepaanduan pada PT. Pelindo Pontianak. Sub masalahnya Apa sajakah bentuk-bentuk pendidikan dan pelatihan karyawan divisi kepanduan PT. Pelindo Pontianak. Bagaimana kinerja karyawan divisi kepanduan PT. Pelindo Pontianak. Apakah terdapat pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan divisi kepanduan PT. Pelindo Pontianak.

Variable bebas adalah, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, aspeknya adalah ; Tujuan dan sasaran pendidikan, Para pelatih yang ahli, Materi pendidikan dan pelatihan, Metode pendidikan dan pelatihan. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah Kinerja karyawan Divisi Kepanduan pada PT. Pelindo Pontianak yang aspek-aspeknya adalah ; Kecakapan, pengalaman, kesungguhan dan waktu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. penelitian deskriptif seperti berikut; Studi hubungan (Interelationship studie). Analisis dalam penelitian ini disajikan secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara pendidikan dan pelatihan dengan kinerja karyawan divisi kepanduan pada PT. Pelindo Pontianak memiliki porsi sebnyak 18,6%.

 

Kata Kunci : Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract :The title of thesis is, The Effect of Education and Training on Employee Performance of Scout Division at PT. Pelindo Pontianak. The general problem, How Effect of Education and Training on Employee Performance. Sub problem is, What are the different forms of education and training of employees. How is the performance of employees. Whether there is influence of education and training on employee performance. Free variable, Education and Training; Goals and objectives of education, the trainers are experts, educational and training materials, methods of education and training. The dependent variable, employee performance of Scout Division on PT. Pelindo Pontianak; Skills, experience, sincerity and time. The purpose of research, to Find out forms of education and training of employees scouting division on of PT. Pelindo Pontianak, knowing the scouting division on employee performance PT. Pelindo Pontianak, determine the effect of education and training on employee performance division on scouting PT. Pelindo Pontianak. The research methodology is descriptive method.; Study of the relationship (Interelationshipstudie). Quantitative descriptive analysis. Result: The Influence of education and training with employee performance of scouting division on PT. Pelindo Pontianak has a share of 18.6%.
