ANALISIS FAKTOR PENYEBAB DAN PENGENDALIAN PERILAKU MENYIMPANG SISWA KELAS X MINAT ILMU PENGETAHUAN ALAM
Abstract
Abstrak : penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab perilaku menyimpang, pengendalian guru, kendala yang dihadapi guru, dan hasil pengendalian guru terhadap perilaku menyimpang siswa kelas X MIPA SMA Negeri 4 Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi, sedangkan alat pengumpulan data panduan observasi, panduan wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis dalam penelitian ini disajikan secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan informan 18 orang yaitu 4 guru BK, 5 wali kelas, 3 Guru mata pelajaran, Waka Kesiswaan, OSIS, MPK, 3 siswa X MIPA yang dipilih berdasarkan jenis dan tingkat penyimpangan. Faktor penyebab perilaku menyimpang adalah krisis identitas, kontrol diri yang lemah, faktor keluarga, dan lingkungan pergaulan. Pengendalian guru melalui pembinaan, pencontohan, konseling individu, surat panggilan orang tua, dan konferensi kasus. Kendala guru adalah kurangnya kerjasama orang tua siswa, besarnya pengaruh dari lingkungan luar, dan siswa sering mengulang kesalahan. Hasil pengendalian yang dilakukan guru memberikan dampak terhadap perubahan perilaku siswa menjadi lebih baik.

Abstrack : The purpose of this research is to know the causative factor of the deviant behavior, the teachers controls, the obstacles faced by teachers, and teachers controls results against deviant behavior of science grade 10 SMAN 4 Pontianak. Research methods used is descriptive. The technique of data collection used are observation, interview, and study documentation, while the data collection tool is the sheets of guide observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis in this study is presented in a descriptive qualitative with 18 participants that consist of 4 counseling teachers, 5 science class supervisors, teachers of 3 subjects, The Vice of Headmistress of Students, Chairman of Students Interschool Organization, Chairman of the class assembly, and 3 science students grade 10 who are selected based on the type and the stage of the deviation. causative factor of the deviant behavior are crisis identity, weakness of self control, include family, and social environment. The controlling by teachers are coaching, sampling, individual counseling, sending the parents letter to come over, and the case conference. obstacles teachers in controlling deviant behavior are the lack of cooperation of the parents, the magnitude of influence from the social environment, and students often repeat their deviant. The controlling that conducted by the teacher gives effect affects their behavior to the betterment.
