PENERAPAN MODEL CLIS DISERTAI BOOKLET TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATERI SISTEM PENCERNAAN DI SMP

Abstract


Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran CLIS   (Children Learning In Science) disertai booklet terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi sistem pencernaan manusia di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu (quasy experiment) dengan rancangan non equivalent control group design. Sampel penelitian adalah kelas VIIIA (kelas kontrol) dan kelas VIIIB (kelas eksperimen) yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Alat pengumpul data meliputi  tes bentuk pilihan ganda untuk melihat hasil belajar siswa dan angket untuk mengetahui respon siswa. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh rata-rata skor hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen sebesar 15,91 sementara kelas kontrol yaitu 13,42. Hasil ini memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan rata-rata skor post-test yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Persentase respon siswa kelas eksperimen adalah 87,33% tergolong kriteria sangat kuat. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran CLIS disertai booklet memberikan hasil yang positif terhadap hasil belajar dan respon siswa.

Abstract: This research aims to see the learning model of CLIS (Children Learning In Science) with booklets used for students to learn about human’s  digestive system material in grade VIII SMP Negeri 6 Pontianak. The research method that used is quasy experimental design and the research design is non-equivalent control group design. The research samples are grade VIIIA (control class) and grade VIIIB (experiment class) which are taken with purposive sampling techniques. The research instrument that used is multiple choist test to know students learning result and observation sheets which are used to know the response of students. The data analysis has shown the score of experimental class as 15,91 and 13,42 for the control class. The result shows that there is significant difference of students learning result between the class that taught  in experiment class and control class. The percentage of student response in experiment class is 87,33% which is classified as very strong criteria. The result of this research shows that the implementation of CLIS learning model with booklets can deliver positive results to students in learning and responding.
