PENGGUNAAN MEDIA KONKRET UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPA DI SEKOLAH DASAR
Abstract
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan media konkret dalam pembelajaran IPA kelas IV SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, dengan pendekatan kualitatif dalam bentuk PTK. Subjek penelitian yaitu guru dan siswa kelas IV yang berjumlah 25 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu teknik observasi langsung yaitu lembar observasi IPKG 1 dan IPKG 2, lembar soal. Data tersebut dianalisis dan direfleksikan. Hasil temuan rancangan pembelajaran Siklus I dengan rata-rata 2,58, Siklus II rata-rata 2,93 dan Siklus III perolehan rata-rata 3,00, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan perolehan rata-rata Siklus I 2,70, Siklus II 2,97, Siklus III 3,00 dan hasil belajar dengan perolehan rata-rata Siklus I 66,8, Siklus II 72,4, Siklus II 92,4. Dari data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media konkret dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV pada pembelajaran IPA.

Abstract: This research was aimed at describing the improvement of student’s learning result by using concrete media in the study of science of grade four at primary school. This research was conducted by using descriptive method that was qualitative approach in form of classroom action research. Research subjects that teachers and students of class IV which amounts to 25 people. Data collection techniques are direct observation techniques that observation sheets IPKG IPKG 1 and 2, the booklet. The data is analyzed and reflected. The findings of the first cycle lesson plan with an average of 2.58, the average Cycle II Cycle III of 2.93 and an average gain of 3.00, the implementation of learning with an average gain of 2.70 Cycle I, Cycle II 2,97, 3.00 and Cycle III study results with average achieved 66.8 Cycle I , Cycle II 72.4 , 92.4 Cycle II. From the data obtained show that the use of concrete media can improve learning outcomes of fourth grade students in learning science.
