JELTIM (Journal of English Language Teaching Innovation and Materials) focuses on publishing research articles on innovations and materials in English language teaching.

We can accept genuine works on ELT:

  • curriculum and syllabus
  • materials
  • media
  • computer-based innovations
  • internet-based interactions
  • blended teaching and learning
  • and so on.

We are also open to any research methodologies, such as: development, analysis, evaluation, experiment, survey, experiment, correlation, case study, grounded research, and action research.

Even though articles of field researches are prioritized, we also accept library research articles; especially works that have high novelty and critical points of view.

CALL FOR PAPER: VOLUME 1

 

JELTIM (Journal of English Language Teaching Innovation and Materials), a biannual blind-reviewed journal, is calling for paper submissions for its first volume that focuses on research and theoretical articles on innovations and materials in English language teaching. The main theme of this volume is “Quality Improvement and Innovation in ELT”. We will be pleased to accept your articles under the following sub-themes and topics.

Sub-theme 1: innovation in ELT curriculum, materials, and technology
Topics:
-Curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation in ELT
-Teaching materials development, implementation, and evaluation in ELT
-Integrating technology into ELT

Sub-theme 2: methodology and assessment innovation in ELT
Topics:
-Action research in ELT
-Assessment in English teaching and learning
-Methodology and Assessment in English for young learners
-Methodology and Assessment in Primary ELT

Sub-theme 3: ELT Content instructional innovation in the digital era
Topics:
-Teaching and learning of Language and literature
-ELT and the teaching of science
-ELT and the teaching of social sciences
-ELT and the teaching of Dance and Music
-ELT and the teaching of health and sports

Sub-theme 4: English language teacher education and teacher professional development and improvement in the digital era
Topics:
-English teacher reflective research and practice
-English teacher identity and character
-English teacher creativity and teacher professional competency
-community and forums for English teacher professional development
-student teaching in ELT

Volume 1 will appear in January 2019 (No 1) and in July 2019 (No 2). To submit an article, you will be required to register as a writer, to follow the directions, and to use the provided template. Visit the journal website at:
